Being the first Thanksgiving without my Mom was strange, but I decorated my house for Christmas and it looks lovely. I made and ate my first beef wellington and it was so so good. I am glad the day is done and I can get back to normal, somewhat. Hope you had a GREAT day!

What would the holidays be without a delicious pumpkin bread? I still do not get receive your blog posts and thought that maybe if you ‘unscribed’ me and then I ‘re-subscribed’ that it might fix the problem. Please let me know what you think.
